Board Of Directors

Brad Tiegs
President
Bradley Tiegs brings a unique blend of military service, education, entrepreneurship, and community leadership to the Lavon Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. A proud United States Marine Corps veteran and former educator, Bradley has spent his career turning service and mentorship into tangible impact for North Texas. After teaching U.S. History and coaching at the secondary level, he transitioned to real estate, becoming a licensed Broker in Texas and a certified Texas REALTORS® Instructor. Bradley is the Broker/Owner of VBRG Realty and the founder of several veteran-focused initiatives, including the Undaunted Warhorse Initiative—a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing transitional housing, mentorship, and community support for under-housed veterans in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. He also leads Elite Real Estate Tactics, a professional development school for REALTORS® offering continuing education and business-building training. Active in local economic growth, Bradley joined the now retired Lavon Chamber of Commerce in 2016 and became a board member in 2018 until 2020. Motivated by the absence of a Chamber after its short hiatus between 2020-2025 he helped form a new Lavon Chamber of Commerce in April of 2025. His focus as a board member is on expanding networking opportunities, fostering collaboration between businesses and nonprofits, and creating events that drive exposure and engagement across Hunt, Rockwall, and Collin Counties. Whether guiding new homeowners, mentoring fellow veterans, or organizing community events, Bradley exemplifies the Chamber’s mission of service, growth, and connection—bringing fresh energy, practical expertise, and a spirit of collaboration to every initiative.

Treasurer
Stephanie Godoy
Stephanie Godoy understands the challenges small business owners face when bringing their vision to life. While entrepreneurs focus on growth and innovation, critical tasks like accounting and IRS filings can easily slip through the cracks. As the founder and owner of S. Godoy & Associates LLC, Stephanie has spent nearly four years helping small businesses avoid big tax problems by getting compliant—and staying compliant—with federal and state regulations. In her early 30's, Stephanie broke the mold by becoming one of the youngest women in the United States to establish a tax accounting firm. Guided by faith and fueled by determination, she built S. Godoy & Associates into a trusted partner for business owners, freelancers, professional service providers, creative professionals, and startups across North Texas. The firm specializes in tax return preparation, bookkeeping, payroll and payroll tax services, sales tax reporting, entity formation, and ongoing compliance support. Stephanie’s approach is personal and practical. She offers hands-on guidance on everything from retirement-account withdrawals and tax implications to reducing audit risk and navigating complex financial reporting. Her mission is to make financial management seamless and stress-free so that “bosses can make moves—and we make sure they add up.” As a member of the Lavon Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, Stephanie brings her financial expertise, entrepreneurial perspective, and deep commitment to service to strengthen local businesses, foster compliance, and empower the next generation of small business owners in Lavon and beyond.

Director
Tracy Ebarb
Tracy Ebarb is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and nationally recognized nonprofit strategist who brings decades of experience in major gift cultivation, partner engagement, and organizational growth to the Lavon Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. As an independent consultant and founder of Ebarb Strategic Partners, Tracy advises nonprofits across the United States on donor development, storytelling, and strategic planning—helping hundreds of organizations raise millions of dollars for their causes. His roots, however, run deep in small-town entrepreneurship. Curtis and Barbara Ebarb, Tracy’s parents, married in 1956 and soon built a family legacy in the meat business. Curtis started at Lea’s Grocery in Wills Point with no experience but quickly became a natural behind the meat counter. In 1978, Curtis and Barbara opened “Ebarb’s Meat Market,” which for more than 30 years became an institution known for quality meats and Curtis’s special sausage recipes. Tracy grew up in that market, beginning work at age 10 and becoming a journeyman meat cutter by 14. While his career path took him into nonprofit leadership, his passion for quality food and community never left. In 2020, he began reviving his father’s beloved recipes, blending family tradition with new influences to create Ebarb Craft Sausages—all named after his and his wife Jacque’s children and grandchildren. As a Chamber board member, Tracy combines his nonprofit expertise, entrepreneurial heritage, and commitment to community to strengthen local businesses and honor the values of service and quality passed down through generations.
